Our six week sessions follow a progression through the game of tennis that is beneficial for all ages and abilities. Each week of class has a specific tennis and character theme. While continuing to address player's individual needs for growth, these themes are used to provide focus in our instruction and daily lesson plans.
We want to make sure that as player, you have access to as many growth opportunities as possible. Utilizing your own time, outside of our classes, is one of the best ways to maximize on what you're learning at Central Park. The words defined below are all used as character themes throughout our sessions. More importantly, these words represent core values that are crucial to practice on and off the tennis court. Write/copy each word & definition yourself. Keep this list in your room, tennis bag, or anywhere it can serve as a reminder.
